To make paper based animation card you need black and white icons or picture sketches. Also you require animbar software which you can download from link provided below.
Require:
1. Images of same resolution
2. Animbar
Steps to change image resolution.
1. Open image in paint brush (Window 7 & + ).
2. Click on Resize
3. Select pixels
4. Un-check maintain aspect ratio.
5. Fill resolution you require.
6. Save picture
